STUDIO SINGULAR: A BETTER FIT FOR THE PLANET – AND FOR YOU

 

Studio Singular _byJenny is a slow-fashion brand. The idea for the brand had been on my mind for a long time. In 2021, I decided to make it real. 

 

My motivation: the fashion industry is a major polluter, and the fashion market is oversaturated. Despite the environmental cost to produce and transport them, many clothes never get bought, and are destroyed before they’re ever worn. 

 

That’s why Studio Singular only sources its products from stock fabrics, upcycled materials and items, and whatever we find when treasure-hunting for fashion. The maximum run of a series is five. And many products will be “pieces uniques”. 

 

Studio Singular is not just a better fit for the planet. With its small series, it also reflects our unique individualities, in who we are and how we present ourselves to the world.
